Travel and billing, plainly
- In-home visits within 20 miles of North Port include travel at no charge.
- For visits farther than 20 miles, I add mileage for the full round trip at the current IRS standard rate, 72.5 cents per mile for 2026.
- For families farther out, virtual visits cover the same ground without the travel.
